my corner store guy is a 50 year old man who's my best friend in the world and recently he was like "you're too pretty to be single I have some nephews you should meet. very handsome!" and I was like "a niece might be more up my alley" and he just got more excited and said "ah even better! I was overselling my nephews but my nieces are very beautiful"
OP the tags!!
this tag made me crack up because i always think something similar whenever they're doing some huge life event thing at the BAU. these people LIVE at work. they are sooo co-dependent to each other and their jobs. they are such workaholic freakazoids (affectionate) hahahaha
YES! I feel like in the later seasons they are so co-dependent to each other. Like wydm Rossi proposed to Krystall in an elevator at the BAU with team there ready to throw confetti at them. It’s sweet but also kinda funny how they decide hey let’s all be at each other’s huge life event. I still find it hilarious the BAU were the first ones to see Matt and Kristy’s baby girl and not you know Kristy’s own family (I know her parents were looking after the other kids but i think she probs wanted her mom to be there post giving birth) lol
literally! rossi proposed to krystall there, they celebrated their anniversary in his office, and that's where he went after her funeral like?? YOU HAVE A HOUSE A MANSION!! GO HOME!! haha
jldasfjdls that is soooo funny that the only people there for matt and kristy's kid's birth were the BAU, i've never even thought about that. and then they named their kid after ROSSI.
these people cannot LIVE without each other!! i love it so much
I just love how co dependent the BAU are with each other. Like these people refuse to have events at home or without one another. Especially Rossi cause like you have a mansion! Spend your time there lmao.
It’s the fact that Matt or Rossi went and texted the group chat they all had and the BAU came rushing to the hospital when Kristy was giving birth. It’s adorable but funny at the same time cause wow they said nah let’s not go home, let’s go the hospital. That and the baby shower with no mention of any of Kristy’s family there too lol
hahaha it's like, there's no time for blood relations anymore. the BAU has taken over it all. or like when luke's girlfriend threw a housewarming party but ONLY invited all of luke's coworkers? like none of her own friends or family or anything? the BAU's significant others all display this behavior as well
That always bugged me! Why invite Luke’s co workers but not your own haha. I love that the moment you date someone who’s in the BAU, you also become co dependent with their team too. They’re your family now, no one else.
btw if youre young and scared of doing adult things without your parents ive learned that like 90% of the time you can just tell the doctors office or the dmv "haha sorry ive never done this without help before... can you show me how to do this?" the employee will not care. if that means anything to you
literally walked up to a desk in the courthouse, said "is this where I register a car or is it the next one?" and she said it was the next one. and the lady at the next desk helped me. it feels embarrassing but I promise you can just ask
One of the most important lessons I learned in customer service is that no matter how much help you need, as long as you're nice about it, you won't even crack the top five of worst customers they've had to deal with that day. I will walk an old lady through every step on that pin pad with a smile as long as she's polite, because two calls ago I had to deal with someone screaming about politics for 45 fucking minutes because I wasn't allowed to hang up on him.
Everyone has their first time doing something, everyone makes mistakes, everyone has dumb moments, and as long as you're choosing kindness I'll just laugh it off and help out. Because no matter how dumb you think you are, there was already someone who was just as dumb but was determined to ruin my day over it.
Fandom needs to go back to it’s roots of shipping without any expectation of canon agreement, shipping characters that have never even met, shipping characters from entirely different properties that came out decades apart, shipping just for fun, and generally speaking mostly not bothering the creators about it. Put fandom back in the shadows, being profitable has only made everything worse as grifters saw easy marks and forcing creators to play pattycake with fandom has led to so much open resentment.
Gray haired Emily Prentiss in red you're welcome.
I applaud the effort that went into this seconds-long bit.
