I saw this and while I’ve mostly avoided the blog so you guys can vent & discuss freely, I did want to clear up – while you cannot sell the viscet, you are more than welcome to resell the art you purchased. There’s nothing in our rules that prevent it and I don’t think it’s wrong to ask for money for the art you paid for.

We just don’t want the viscet sold for money to prevent people from potentially profiteering off of free adopts. (You know, adopting to resell in a month when they didn’t purchase it, to begin with). But you can 100% sell the art of the character.

I’d say the best way to go about it would be to say “I’m rehoming this viscet. I’m not selling the viscet but this viscet comes with x amount of art and I’m selling the artwork.” And just state that you’re not interested in rehoming the viscet without the art going with it.

I hope this clears up some things on that.
