things that keep me up at night

  • why is there a port in Dema and what do they use it for
  • a port implies exchanging of goods. that implies there are other countries. do they know how dema is run?
  • what goods does Dema give, and what do they receive?
  • why do the bishops have a submarine. does that mean they have a navy
  • where were they taking clancy in said submarine. what was the intended destination?

hi so i dunno if you answer questions here but-
so i watched the pilot (and its absolute peak).
before, when you introduced the characters in your socials and stuff, i noticed mophead was described using they/them, but in the pilot, only masc pronouns, if i am not mistaken.
now this may seem silly, but is there a reason to this?

Thank you!
It’s because the other characters perceive them as cis. I think queerness in a setting like Ersatz’ is underrepresented and it’s a character thread I’d like to explore in the future
