I know it's probably because you (well, "you") still save him, but I'm kind of obsessed with how you still get Blaze as an ally if you just let yourself fall after he tackles you out the window. Especially since he does register that 1. you were kind of trying to commit suicide by hero (even if only passively) and 2. someone or something else intervened. All I can imagine is him going "You are incredibly fucking weird, but unfortunately for me that's very compelling."
