  • i want every single person that comes to my blog to know : The ONLY special and lovable thing about me is JESUS . I hope my heart is a reflection of everything I believe he represents and I will genuinely be proud of myself if I achieve that . Giving my life , my dreams and my pain to him was the best thing I have ever done. Anything that I do has the intention to plant a seed for everyone that believe in God’s love , it’s real and it’s shining inside of me . I’m a woman , a sister and a friend but above it all I’m his faithful servant

  • The ADHD brain is wired for urgency, and high stimulation.

In real emergencies, the brain finally gets the level of stimulation it needs (adrenaline rises, focus sharpens) and everything feels right. That’s why many people with ADHD feel calm and capable in crises.

But everyday tasks like phone calls don’t provide that stimulation.

For an ADHD brain, this can feel painfully overwhelming

leading to avoidance, guilt, and self-criticism.

Stop calling yourself lazy / coward , It’s neurology.

  • 2025 brought me to my knees, it showed me the limits of my faith and will, I took it as a blessing , Reverence towards faith & life’s lessons are my prerogatives and my resilience is the gift that results from this devotion.

There was so much to lament over and rejoice about 2025, I can only hope to be able to say the same about 2026
