In order to host in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, if you are a natural person, through tourist rental, you may not promote your accommodation or use intermediaries.

Keep in mind that you may not conclude more than four tourist rental contracts within one year.

Difference between Tourist Rentals and other Extra-Hotel Facilities

Please note that accommodation for tourist rental/short rentals is different from extra-hotel facilities (e.g.: Holiday Homes and Apartments, Guest House etc.) for which regional legislation provides several other obligations (e.g.: the SCIA etc.).
