When deciding whether to become a Host on Airbnb in Italy, it is important for you to understand the laws in your region or city. As a platform and online marketplace we do not provide legal advice, but we want to provide resources that may help you better understand applicable laws and regulations. You can host in the Molise region, through tourist rentals of any duration, without any specific obligations other than those already provided for by national legislation (check the national page).
Note: In any case, before you start, we recommend that you contact the relevant regional offices to communicate the most important information about your tourist rental (ex:your personal details, address, telephone number, e-mail, location, etc.).
Please note that tourist rental is different from extra-hotel facilities (ex: guest house, B&B, etc.) for which regional legislation provides several other obligations (ex: practices at One-stop Business Advisory Center (SUAP), price notification, etc.).
