It wasn’t often the pair made their way through Heaven; even less often BlueTai as she was called got to have the reigns for the day. But with Hermes? Anything was possible.

Her calm during the storms, the island her heart chose to reside on. The voice of reason that never pushed or pulled to hard; the part of Kingsley that never got to truly shine.

And she was the same for him.

His stars in the endless night, the ripples in the calm of his life. The break of routine that brought fire to his heart; the part of DaiTai that she still runs from now and then.

But together?

Together; roses bloom on crescent trees on the edges of Olympus and Tianmen Mountians. That bloom under the Blue Moon, some say you can hear the soft drum of her heart as she waits under the trees for her sparrow. Others claim to have seen schools of koi circling the messenger as he watches the waters.

But once together; the moon glows brighter. The world seems to breath anew with love and joy as the Sparrow finally reaches his Koi.

Alright so!!!! Obsessed with them! This is my half of an art trade with @laylaylabode and she wanted some KingTai Romance; so I had to deliver.

They’re such fun, and I loved every minute of this drawing. Along with Kingsley and DaiTai as a ship in general; there’s so much in common yet so different between them. And with my love of mythology, I had to give their inner goddess/godhood a touching love story that continues long after their true forms/lives have passed on. But it’s a secret piece they’ll always remember; they probably go back to the old VL HQ just to reminisce and reconnect.

But YES! I had so much fun doing this with you LayLay, and I’d love to do it again!!

As my main income, I work with fish in a specialty pet store that's privately owned (so I'm allowed to say no and be stern to customers when it's needed).

You learn really quickly that not only do fish have individual personalities and emotions but they also have memories and recognize people! There are certain fish who will only come out for me and hide for everyone else. The pufferfish spits at me because she gets pissy that I haven't fed her. The flowerhorn bites everyone but me and my coworker when we clean his tank. I trained a fire eel to come up and eat directly out of my hand.

Fish are beautiful complex creatures and I thank the universe everyday that I get to work in a place where I'm encouraged to tell animal abusers to fuck right off.
