Two things.

First, I can’t tell whether the photo is recent or from a decade ago, because my God, he looks incredibly young.

And second, that white iPhone was definitely not his.

When people can’t deny what they’re seeing, they often try to erase it instead. Not because it’s harmful, but because it exists without asking permission.

And sometimes, discomfort says more truthfully than words ever could.

So they know how they come across and just don’t care Amo ajajaajajaj

Okay yeah, this was a little crazy or can understand why people think it is. I am people, btw.

Of all the stories they must have from their military service, this is the one they chose to tell. I get that maybe it came back to them because they were standing under a shower. Maybe that triggered the memory, but seriously? This is the story they decided to share?

I think the only times Jimin truly acted like Jungkook’s hyung and Jungkook actually acted like Jimin’s dongsaeng were during the challenges, whether Jungkook wanted Jimin to defend him, wanted Jimin to win something for him, or Jimin wanted to win something for Jungkook as his hyung and when they were in Vietnam and Jungkook asked Jimin to buy him clothes.

Those are the only moments I can think of where Jungkook genuinely behaved like Jimin’s dongsaeng. The rest of the time, they either act as equals/same age chingu, or jungkook acting basically like Jimin’s hyung.

Jimin and Jungkook saying they barely have any friends is interesting, and it makes me wonder whether they said that simply because they didn’t want to call them, or because they didn’t think they could call a specific friend since they didn’t want to record them, or maybe that person wouldn’t have wanted to be recorded. I don’t know. But the fact that they only thought of Hobi, Jin, and then Mingyu and Eun-woo ( I find it really lovely that they didn’t use his stage name but his real name, Dong-min) and didn’t think of anyone else, to the point that Jimin ended up calling his dad, was… curious.

Btw, Jimin’s dad sounds exactly how you’d imagine. Absolutely charming! 😂
