Das "Zustrombegrenzungsgesetz" war der Gesetzentwurf, der am 31. Januar 2025 von der Union in den Bundestag eingebracht wurde – und beinahe mit den Stimmen der AfD angenommen worden wäre.
Ihr erinnert euch: Die Nummer, deretwegen Millionen auf die Straße gegangen sind, um gegen Rassismus und Kuschelei mit Faschisten zu demonstrieren.
Die Arbeiterverräter haben nun das hier gepostet:
Was steht denn im Zustrombegrenzungsgesetz?
- Wiederaufnahme des Wortes "Begrenzung der Zuwanderung" in den Zweck des Aufenthaltsgesetzes.
- Aussetzung des Familiennachzugs für subsidiär Schutzberechtigte
- Ausweitung der Befugnisse der Bundespolizei
- umfassende Grenzkontrollen und konsequente Zurückweisungen an den Grenzen
All diese Maßnahmen hat sich die Union erfolgreich in den Koalitionsvertrag geschrieben.
Diesem Koalitionsvertrag haben 85% der SPD-Mitglieder zugestimmt.
Die Maßnahmen wurden sofort nach Amtsübernahme umgesetzt.
Und nun, nachdem sie das Gesetz dann höchstselbst abgenickt haben, nennen sie es "Unwort des Jahres".
Die verkaufen ihre Wähler und den ganzen Rest des Volkes für genau so blöd wie sie sind. Gestern gegen den Dreck demonstrieren gehen, um ihn heute umzusetzen. Und hoffen, dass es keiner merkt.
Merkt auch keiner, weil es dem bürgerlichen Antifaschisten schließlich nicht um Inhalte geht. Dem reicht es, wenn er die AfD verhindert hat.
Dass wir die AfD längst als Schwarz-Rote Koalition installiert haben, kriegt er gar nicht mit.

Der Mann ist unverändert bayerischer Wirtschaftsminister von Söders Gnaden. Wobei Söder wiederum der VOM VOLK gewählte Ministerpräsident von dem korrupten Saustall Freistaat ist.
P.S. Söder ist auch maximal obsessed von der Erbschaftssteuer.

Markus Söder hat eine gewisse Karin Baumüller-Söder geheiratet. Der gehören zusammen mit ihrem Bruder 100% des Unternehmens Baumüller. 1900 Angestellte, 300 Millionen Jahresumsatz. Da könnte also ein kleiner Interessenkonflikt bestehen.

My ideal societal treatment of transitioning is that its like, finding a new, better job and/or moving cities
It's a big, positive life event, but it happens to people all the time. It's often celebrated casually. It just happens sometimes, though. Maybe people at your old job change their relationship with you, and maybe you fortify your relationship with people elsewhere. You can mention where you used to work casually without it being a huge deal. You can joke about people quitting their jobs and becoming a goat farmer without it being a huge deal.
Like. I should be able to quip "have you tried estrogen?" to cis guys and have it laughed off with the same intensity as my jokes about "just quit and become a baker". I should be able to talk about my experiences as a guy like I talk about my experiences in my hometown that was kinda shitty. I might bond with other trans people more based on that shared experience but should still be welcomed into the gender I am, again, like you would treat someone who just isn't from around here and might need to settle in.
Its a big event, but I don't want it to be an unusual event. I should be able to say that Jim from high school is Joanne now with the same punch as saying she moved to LA.
I'm so fucking tired of every time I mention some random fact of my existence, it becomes a sociopolitical soapbox, one way or the other. Is my experience relevant to a lot of sociopolitical issues? Of course. Am I engaging with them? Of course. But it shouldn't be this huge thing. It should just happen sometime and people should be okay with it.

Wenn Regierungen, die dem Grundgesetz verpflichtet sind, dessen Grundrechtsgewährleistungen für eine Gruppe zugleich systematisch rhetorisch in Frage stellen und praktisch umgehen, dann setzen sie den Rechtsstaat aufs Spiel. Wenn der Innenminister sagt, die aktuelle Migrationspolitik beruhe darauf, dass „die Bürger […] einen Politikwechsel“ erwarten, wird der Maßstab des Rechts durch den Maßstab der Mehrheitsstimmung ersetzt. Häufig, wenn politische Akteure sich auf vermeintliche gesellschaftliche Erwartungen berufen, geht es darum, rhetorisch das Recht durch die Verwendung moralischer Kategorien zu umgehen oder auszuschalten.
Dabei ist das Asylrecht der Lackmustest des Verfassungsstaats, da es Personen schützt, die politisch kaum repräsentiert sind. Wer es abschafft, schafft nicht Flüchtlinge ab, sondern verengt nur ihre ohnehin schon engen Schutzräume noch weiter. Am Asylrecht entscheidet sich, ob Recht in der oftmals vor allem rhetorisch beschworenen Krise und Überlastung standhält oder ob es zur Kulisse wird. Diese Erosion ist nicht auf das Asylrecht beschränkt. Wer an den Außengrenzen das Recht partiell suspendiert und im Inland bestimmten Personengruppen systematisch den Zugang zum Recht erschwert, verliert die moralische Grundlage, anderswo menschenrechtliche Standards zu fördern oder gar einzufordern.
