genderfluid (ask for pronouns) Really fucking into people but not really into fucking people (iykyk) The galaxy is endless... @prepareefortroublee

I'm really really sorry to say this but please do not send me asks for donations, i am not in position where I'm capable of donating

saying "thats a dracula": inaccurate because Dracula is a specific person, funny because we all know that Dracula is a vampire but by choosing to refer to any vampire as "a dracula" we imply that we are familiar with dracula but not familiar with vampires

saying "thats a nosferatu": accurate because nosferatu is not nosferatu's name

ive always rly liked the idea of a member of a group of adventurers having what everyone assumes is very well trained hawk and then at the end of their journey its casually revealed that thats actually just his buddy whos a shapeshifter and just rly likes being a hawk

the guy also like thinks everyone knows bc he never tries to hide the fact that the hawk is a person but everyone assumes hes always just joking. like the others being like "damn its crazy how he knows exactly what you want him to do its like he knows english or something." and the guy is just like "well yeah thats his first language so ofc he's fluent??" and they all go "haha good one" and move on, leaving him confused

they just think hes a quirky guy that really loves his pet and says things like "the 9 of us" even tho there are clearly only 8 people! he just cares about the bird so much he counts it as a group member haha !

Gothic literature must be cursed to forever be misinterpreted by mainstream public because how did this happen

Dracula book: an evil count who only sees the world as a resource to be drained for his own pleasure is stopped by the group of people who deeply care for each other

Dracula in media: a tragic romantic hero, main love interest of one of the protagonists who must be liberated from her dull little life

Frankenstein book: any human has capacity for evil when completely abandoned and shunned by the world and the people who brought him into it

Frankenstein in media: don't play God because it's against nature's laws

Jekyll and Hyde book: repression and only caring about external appearances can cause your worst impulses to indulge themselves in dangerous ways if ignored for too long

Jekyll and Hyde in media: what if there was two of the same guy but one of them was evil and gross?

I’m still pitching Teddy the queer Deaf archeologist for the Mummy 4. (I’m not in costume because I’m cold and my room’s a mess because I’m hectic)

Don’t forget that the US civil rights bill only passed after six weeks of rioting that were the direct result of MLK’s murder. Peaceful protest paved the way, but violent protest got it over the finish line.

It’s understandable why the state would not want you know that, but that’s also why it’s imperative that you do.

king's family doesn't "believe" the FBI killed him, they know it for fact because the FBI admitted to it in a civil case brought against them in the early 90s. the court documents are a matter of public record. read them yourself. the king family won that suit against the united states fucking government for assassinating martin luther king jr
