Me when I contact IT and tell them yes I restarted and followed any instructions I could but computer still angry and IT says they are escalating this because it is an actual issue: I am getting a good grade in service desk ticket. Something that is both normal to want and possible to achieve.

I’m pretty sure that as much as anything this skill boils down to frustration tolerance. I see people melting down at the first sign of needing to search for instructions all the time. Teaching them to get through it becomes as much about teaching them to handle the emotional experience of not knowing as anything else.

I do think how you react to 6 7 is a good litmus test over whether you’ll be a cranky old person who will continue the stupid cycle of “kids these days”. but also we do need to be educating the youth about history and how the two numbers have been in a fear based relationship because 7 8 9

I’m from MN and things are super scary right now like I’m afraid to go outside. ICE is literally in every city, not just downtown. I live in the fucking suburbs and they’re here.

I’ve been struggling with depression, anxiety and horrible ptsd almost my entire life and I literally feel like I cannot function with everything going on.

If you or any of your followers have any words of encouragement or support please that would be greatly appreciated as I am in a situation where I am basically on my own here and have no one to turn to❤️‍🩹
