I have been receiving reports and evidence of First Nations people being racially targeted, assaulted, and detained by the federal agency Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE). We want to remind our members to be safe and proactive by carrying with you at a minimum your tribal identification cards or a copy of your degree of Indian Blood. Our tribal identification affirms our citizenship and political status.
Our Nation is a sovereign government and our members are not immigrants. We are not subject to immigrant enforcement on our own lands. Any federal activity within our boundaries must recognize and respect our tribal sovereignty, treaty obligations, and established jurisdictional boundaries. Any ICE presence or activity within our lands is not authorized, not welcome, and will be addressed. Unauthorized personnel will be escorted off our lands.
If you are profiled, harassed, or detained, please notify us immediately (701) 854-8529. My staff is working on a “Know Your Rights” information phone line that will be released in the incoming days. Please watch our social media page for further communication.

7000 newborns will be denied the neoneatal HepB vaccine until 6 weeks to ‘prove’ that the HepB vaccine is linked to neurodevelopmental disability on the directions of the Department of Health vis RFK Jr and in collaboration with researchers in Denmark, despite the fact that the vaccine’s efficacy rate and best protection is when administered to newborns, and the total lack of correlation between vaccination and neurodevelopmental disabilities.
Guinea Bissau has some of the highest rates of HepB on the continent, and infants are the group at the highest risk of contracting HepB, leading to chronic hepatitis & long term hepatic diseases like cirrhosis and liver failure as well as increased chance of liver cancer.
The study can’t be carried out in the US or Denmark because it fails almost every benchmark for medical ethics — surprising absolutely nobody, it is in fact heinously unethical to expose babies to preventable disease that causes liver failure and liver cancer, but the “study” has been green lit in Guinea.

Sami’s family is large and has many young children who deserve a better life. I desperately hope that the Rafah crossing will be open soon and they’ll be able to leave and find a better life — but they need the funds to do so.
I’m really gonna need people who claim to care about gender inclusion on sports to stop saying “trans people” or “trans kids” when they mean trans women and girls.

Here are there requirements for trans men to compete in men’s divisions:
Obviously annoying but basically they’re asking for a doctor’s note that says go for it and that’s it.
In contrast, these are the rules for trans women:
(yes it spans 2 pages) They are demanding that any trans woman who ever wants to compete at any level have transitioned hormonally before the age of TWELVE. They’re looking for invasive information about someone’s puberty stages (which if any girl was able to transition that young, what are the odds she can prove it??). They require regular testosterone testing and require you to be at a level under that of some cis women FOR YOUR ENTIRE LIFE. This policy clearly is designed to make sure that trans women will never be able to compete in women’s divisions; these standards are simply unrealistic and absurd. And I didn’t even include all the rhetorical justifications earlier in the document about all the biological advantages “males” supposedly have.
By the way, this doesn’t only apply to the sparring competition (which is “skin contact” not full contact fighting), but also to the kata (forms) competition which is entirely non-contact and truly has no need to be gender divided in the first place. And this isn’t even a professional league—it’s all amateur except for an handful of people with sponsorships. It’s not even an Olympic sport except for once in 2021.
If you truly cannot see a disparity here or you feel like justifying this in any possible way then you are not an ally to trans women and you don’t actually believe in gender inclusive sports. This is what structural transmisogyny looks like, and this is why we need to be fighting specifically for trans women and girls and not just “trans people” generally.
