i liked your star trek stamps so much i made a mr spock stamp with a piece of wood
thank you

  • That’s so cool!! I’m so happy that my stamps inspired you to make your own :) I think that’s one of my favorite things about relief printmaking– that it’s so easy for anyone to do at home as long as you have something to carve with and a material to carve into! I would love to see your stamp if you feel comfortable sharing it, but of course no pressure to do so :)

Made some stamps for my sibling as a gift!

I got the chance to do a huge woodblock print this spring! The block itself is about 2'x3’ and was printed with a small steam roller on fabric I dyed with beets.

Two options for a playlist cover that I drew recently! I had a hard time picking, but went with the first one.

  • Did a project on Homo naledi– love these funky little hominins! I loved getting to draw some of my favorite relatives of ours and really getting to practice getting bones right.

I was commissioned to make a linocut logo for an LGBTQ2IA+ scholarship for traditional musicians and dancers looking to attend the Earful of Fiddle Music and Dance Camp! Here's the final results.

  • To answer a question about the top print, it’s not edited! I did a six color rainbow roll with hand-mixed inks to get the gradient. Because of how tricky it was to do, I only did a limited edition of five prints, but I might do more in the future!

New print up for sale! This one, called “Exquisite Corpse,” was actually printed using a letterpress machine, instead of by hand with a baren, like I usually do.

You can find it here: https://grayreynoldsart.weebly.com/linocutprints.html#/

I love those mushroom tattoo designs you posted - do you have a policy about other people getting them tattooed? I've been looking for mushroom tattoo inspo

  • Hi! I’m so glad you liked them! I’m fine with you using them as inspiration for a design, but I would ask that you not get any of those specific ones tattooed, since they were designed for a particular person. Thank you for asking!
