Functional, if also minimal

This app does what it sets out to do just fine most of the time, but sometimes it's a little buggy. Most things like checking balances, transferring funds, and even checking for nearby ATMs work just fine.The one thing I've had the most trouble with is Mobile Check Deposit. I got it to work and deposited a check into my account with the feature once, but after that for a while I was unable to use Mobile Check Deposit, being presented with a vague message to the effect of "this service is not available at this time." But now even though I'm seemingly able to access and use Mobile Check Deposit again, after I'm done scanning a check I don't get an email confirmation, as I did the one time it worked, and the check never shows up on my account, forcing me to deposit it at an ATM. I hope they don't think I'm trying to double deposit checks (>_>)It would be nice to see this link ironed out, since most of the other issues mentioned by the other reviewers have also been fixed, making this a much more useful and functional app.My one big request besides everything else is TouchID support for logging into the app. Foothill FCU supports Apple Pay for their debit and credit cards, so I know they're relatively savvy to advancements in security technology, and TouchID is a great security feature that is also really convenient. I, for one, would love to see it implemented within this app to really help bring it up to speed.

Idk I’ve always absolutely hated how this company functions online or over the phone. I moved after receiving my car loan and I only use this company for that and they say payments must be made in person or I get a fee every time I have to pay. It’s very annoying. I can’t even go in person with my debit card, cash only. Hated the original app, couldn’t do anything other than see the balance without it say error every two seconds. This one has finally been updated, it’s much much better but my frustration still stands since they added the Zelle feature I was so excited to use it since it’s instant. I use Zelle with my other banks for instant transfers with no issues but again, this app always glitches ugh. It Didn’t send my money “instantly” like it should have and now I have to wait a day. It’s showing as transfer received but still not showing in my bank balance so I can’t pay my car loan until it does, very frustrating.

I joined this credit union as a child saver around 1970 and I have been with them ever since. I have gotten personal loans and checking and savings accounts. Always accurate on their accounting and little to no fees. In person their Glendora branch is great and friendly with a large coin counter for members👍; telephone center is fast and easy to use; online app is just average. Great place to save and borrow small loans up to $25,000. Their atm can be used fee free at thousands of other credit unions locations, so I can usually access funds throughout the United States with no fees. A great bonus.

Need more apps in my life
Good start, everything works ok for me, but the app is missing bill pay. I have another credit union that has an app that looks exactly like this one (probably the same developer), but that bank does have bill pay. So I know it's possible!
