I haven’t even gotten my package yet, but saw it was out for delivery. I wanted to make sure that it’ll be put in a safe place and for some reason the only way you can input instructions in on the app. And the problem I’m having with the app is that it won’t let me log in. And you have to login to put instructions in for you delivery. No emails have been sent, and I can’t even request a new password because the email part won’t work. And even though my account was made not even that long ago, it’s somehow having errors and no ability to authenticate my account even though, yet again no verification was sent anywhere. Things seem kinda sketchy.

Just moved into my flat and my package was “delivered” but nobody rang my flat. I try and schedule a new time for pick up but the app and it won’t let me log into my account because I haven’t confirmed my email. I look through ALL my emails and spam and they never sent me an email. I even tried to make a new account with a new email and they never send a confirmation email to confirm my account. It’s seriously impossible to log in. Very strange

When the app does open( which is really hit and miss) you cannot create an account as it simply closes when you select that option. As a result cannot add delivery instructions to assist the delivery driver find our address which he delivered to 3 weeks ago but now strangely can’t find???

This company purposely ensures you are unable to leave delivery instructions, such as “leave on porch.” They do this in hopes that you will miss the delivery window and they can charge you twice for delivery.
