all of that sounds so stressful. what, if anything, seems to help the most when it gets that bad? i have had headaches and nausea with my periods before, but cyclic vomiting syndrome is on a whole other level.
it’s usually not THIS bad anymore bc i manage the cvs with medication. basically i have to take a low dose of elavil like every night for the rest of my life bc it’s linked to migraines which run on my mother’s side. usually that keeps me from getting most of the symptoms, and i rarely deal w the worst of it anymore, but this time around it was in combination w the crazy period i been having and i think the weather :(
tbh what usually helps the most w the nausea is smoking weed lmaooo. esp when i can’t stomach anything. and it helps w the period cramps too
