Israel is building 48 military sites throughout the Gaza Strip, reducing the area of the Gaza Strip to less than half its current size, and Israeli government officials are planning to build a settlement in the northern Gaza Strip.
Since the so-called ceasefire, Israel has established more than 48 military sites in Gaza City on the homes of displaced civilians. Israel has not stopped the war; rather, it kills and commits massacres every day, and every day it advances the yellow line it drew, thereby occupying more than half of the Gaza Strip.
For two years the war hasn't stopped. When a ceasefire was supposedly reached—a sham—thousands of people died, and they continue to die daily. The crossings remain closed, and the goods, supplies, and aid that are allowed in are sold at exorbitant prices. Israel hasn't stopped the war. We are still suffering. Please help us. As a lot of us get ready to spend time with our families and friends this winter season, please don’t forget those in Gaza currently suffering the violence, cold weather, and hunger there. At the end of the day, we are all neighbors in this world, and should work to support and care for another.
I’m making this post on the behalf of my friends Sami and Hamza, who are currently fundraising to keep their family fed and housed, as well as to have enough money to leave Gaza once the opportunity arises. Please, if you can, donate or reblog to help them out this year.

While the world hears less and less news from Gaza because so many journalists were killed, Aboud (@saveaboudfamily) was one of the few people still trying to share the truth, even while he was starving, injured, and fighting for his life.
Today, Aboud is in the hospital after collapsing from severe anemia. His health is critical. And while he lies in a hospital bed, his family has no shelter. Their tent collapsed in the storm last night, and they are now outside under the rain.
No cameras. No journalists left. No protection.
Just a young man trying to survive, and a family trying not to freeze.
Please, help Aboud and his family. A small donation could save his life and give his siblings a place to sleep tonight.
Speak about him. Share his story. Don't let another Palestinian disappear in silence.

Maram and her family live in constant terror. In the middle of the night, when everything was supposed to be quiet, armored vehicles crossed the yellow line, shaking the ground beneath them and filling their hearts with fear. Minutes later, explosions tore through the area-glass shattered everywhere, smoke filled the tent, and their mother struggled to breathe through the dust. Even after the announced "ceasefire," the danger did not stop. Missiles struck a nearby building, sending debris and smoke into the air, and every moment became a matter of life or death. Maram's family is completely exhausted, physically and emotionally, living from one terrifying minute to the next, with no real safety. They feel forgotten by the world, trapped with no shelter, no protection, no hope. Please do not ignore their cries. Share their story and help them leave Gaza before the next moment kills them.
