If you’re planning to eat good soon please think of your neighbors as well. Please help ease Palestinian hunger by donating to Ele Elna Elak (an organization that’s been the most effective in providing clean water n food)

just looked up the drive to my new job since i have the address now and i wish i hadn’t. it’ll probably be close to an hour travel when there’s traffic.
am i stupid for accepting a hybrid job that’s in a different city? like i had kinda deluded myself into thinking it was closer since it’s in the town outside of the neighboring big city, which if a job was listed as being there i wouldn’t consider it, but there’s actually not much of a difference. but the other option was continue to be indefinitely unemployed.
daily commute podcasts save me i guess
“The only thing that had ever made her blink away was when Adam had once encountered Ronan in the second-floor hallway. Ronan had been standing outside of his parents’ old room, one hand holding a cassette tape and the other clenched into a fist, and he’d been there for quite a few minutes by the time Adam climbed the stairs. Adam had taken the cassette from Ronan’s hand, working Ronan’s fingers loose and putting his own fingers between them. For a moment Opal, hidden, had thought they were going to kiss. But instead, Ronan pressed his face against Adam’s neck and Adam quietly put his head on top of Ronan’s head and they did not move for a long time.” - Opal, Maggie Stiefvater

The funniest part of the headcannon that Declan just hates Adam is how ridiculous it must sound to outsiders.
“You think the Harvard grad that got headhunted by the fucking CIA isn’t good enough for your high school dropout little brother?”
Declan’s just like ✨exactly✨
