電子工作でフリスクのケースを使うのは割と定番なので、個人的にはフリスクよりも安くて好きなミンティアのケースも何かに使えないだろうか？と思って空きケースをじっくり眺めてみたら、取り出し口のサイズがミニUSBコネクタとほぼ同じ事に気が付いた。秋月の16ホールユニバーサル基板にミニUSBコネクタを取り付けて、ミンティアケースに入れてみるとこれが計ったようにピッタリ。今日秋葉原に行った時に必要なパーツを補充して、V-USBの回路を組み込んでみた。表面実装の部品は使わずに、極力高さを抑えた実装になっているのがポイント。ユニバーサル基板を使っているけど、表面でしかハンダ付けしていない。USBコネクタも基板には載せずに、端子だけハンダ付けしてある。コネクタと基板は両面テープで仮止めしてあるだけだから、USBコネクタを挿抜するには無理があるんだけど、最終的にはホットボンドで固定してしまえば良いだろう。とり
