5 5月 2011 - by cat_anywhere HTML5はには、およそ10年前の規格であるHTML4.0（現在は4.01）では補えきれない、現在のWEB環境に対応するために新たに追加された新機能が目白押しだ。 現在はまだドラフト(草案)の段階だが、W3Cから正式に勧告されるのは、2012年3月くらいだと言われている。 注目される新機能としては、JavaScriptを使いブラウザ上で描写できる<canvas>タグや、ローカルにキャッシュとしてデータを置き、オフラインでもアプリケーションが実行可能になるAPI、Web storageなどがあるが、「いったいどれくらいスゴイのそれ？」とか、「今までとどう違うのよ？」と思ってる人も多いと思う。 そういった疑問に答えるべく、各ブラウザが、HTML5のデモサイトを次々に公開し、「俺んとこのブラウザは、こんなことが出来るぜ！」と猛アピールしてい
