    Coalesce Coalesce
Velvet Crunch feels as timeless as its forest muse. Tony Lowe's gorgeous production is like a synthesis of the organic and inorganic; painted with Peter Coyle's ethereal voice and analogous lyrics, ancient and modern seem to become one. Lowe's evocative guitar trips in and out like sunlight. Mark Brzezicki is a stronghold on drums. I melted into 'Coalesce', it bathes the spirit. The final track's otherworldly feel alludes to the oceanic depths of this album, beautifully crafted and inspiring.

Caves of Silver Caves of Silver
Cosmic Lark, by Lyrella. I love this album, it is 'heart and soul' infectious and as innovative as heck. I love its driving, emotive feel and grooves, haunting hooks and otherworldly soundscapes. It has an uncanny ability to reveal new nuances and layers on every listen. Cheryl Stringall's percussive interplay is magical. Tony Lowe's guitar work is spellbinding. Atmospheric, rhythmic and rocky it exudes warmth and curiosity - you can lose yourself in the music - an enchanting album all round.

I quite lost myself listening to the beautiful atmospheric pieces on this double offering - it lends itself to reflection; quite British 80s electro pop, with a Vangelian vibe. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
