Let's start with the end: after two short hours, the enthusiastic audience gave a standing ovation. That pretty much says it all about the fantastic concert given by this multifaceted, multi-talented musician and his solid band with two drummers in December 2025 at Moods in Zurich. The gig was based on this album, but the live performance was in a different universe.

The Epistle of Love (Pt. 3) The Epistle of Love (Pt. 3)
The audience at the sold-out bee-flat/Progr in Bern listened in awe to Dhafer Youssef and his band on this October evening; at times, you could hear a pin drop. That voice and that wonderful, spiritual music with its sometimes subtle funky groove from this album and also Street of Minarets is incredible! And Dhafer looked so blissful on stage.

People outside were chilled on this November evening, while inside Moods, Zurich, W.I.T.C.H. brought the atmosphere to fever pitch with a fantastic live performance. With tracks from this album, the band got the audience dancing wildly, and the legendary Jagari brought the wildest dancer from the floor onto the stage to perform.
  17. Breakthrough
    by Muriel Grossmann
    Abide Abide
Modal jazz and walking rhythms, sometimes evoking Coltrane, captivated the audience at Moods in Zurich this December 2025. “Abide,” featuring the magnificent Muriel on soprano sax, is a real earworm. And it was also a pleasure to watch the equally superb Radomir, visibly blissful as he played his guitar.
  18. On a Smiling Gust of Wind
    by Florian Favre Trio
Enjoyed this excellent trio in Bern in November 2025, with some pieces also from this album. Wonderful, sometimes poetic, dreamy, almost always rhythm-driven, distinctive music composed by Florian Favre. The concert was a great pleasure in the intimate atmosphere of BeJazz.
