I like putting emphasis on hand placement and body language because I think it shows a lot about characters’ personalities and dynamic if that makes sense? There’s a big difference between a soft hold and a desperate grab y'know?
Experimenting with different colours and textures is fun to do as well and can help with the overall vibe you’re going for. As much as I’m bad with backgrounds, they do help a lot with scene setting obvs.
