I swear I’m working on some serious topics as well. My first zine of 2026, though, is a photography zine full of photos of all the hearts I took the time to notice all year. I’m very excited for this one. It will probably be my first official upload.

Hey guys break this tie for me please! ^^

Yesterday I went to see All Out on Broadway! It was actually really fun. I went in knowing they’re reading from scripts so I was kind of expecting… the bare minimum? But most of the stories were funny to me and the musical performances were great, and every time any part of the set moved or there was a lighting effect I was amazed lol. Considering what this is and how long it’s running for, it felt above and beyond. Again, it’s not really a play, it’s kinda more like a concert intercut with readings of short stories and monologues, but I find that very fun.

Also I got Ben Schwartz’s side of the House of Lies season 1 disc 2 DVD signed at stage door and it was the best thing ever! We had a mixtape to give him and a comic for him to sign so it might’ve been a lot (whoops) but when I asked “can you sign my House of Lies DVD?” he was like “oh my god (lol)” which I laughed about later for a solid 10-15 minutes. Kind of insane to bring a DVD to get signed at a Broadway show I guess lol. Thanks to him for being so nice (and even coming out at all because actually none of the other comedians did for the 2 PM show lol, which is totally understandable). Hope he enjoys the mixtape of ska music that we listened to with Yasper in mind.

my exchange gift(s) for @teetober-takeovee! i knew going into this i wanted to make a collage, and i kinda forgot how fun it was??? i took a bit to find my footing with the moodboard but the freeform collage was so delightful to make, and i hope you like it as much as i do! i tried to strike a good balance of silly and angsty because "weirdly tragic silly guy" is the best flavor of ben schwartz characters, imo :P also doing this kinda unlocked teddy lobo feelings so i couldn't help the angst from slipping in oops

anyway, hope you enjoy regardless! happy holidays and happy exchange day! ^-^

Believe it or not, I had a second drawing I’d meant to post along with this one, but time slipped away. Expect more Teddy coming soon… whenever I finish.

I'm just a beginner artist w/out many reference photos (and lacking an eraser most of the time), but Teddy is one of my favorites too. There were some outtakes in Renfield that were really funny as well that I wish were in the movie, did you see them? 🎁 Hope you enjoy some extra Teddy this coming week!
