I know this record is regarded as a landmark noise rock album but I think it's actually pretty melodic and playful, like with the bratty get-the-last-word-in notes of "Pull The Cup." It rocks, for sure, but it's constructed in an almost jazz-like fashion, building instruments and sounds atop one another like LEGO bricks. There's an incredible amount of craft here.
