Atsushi reflecting on his conflicting emotions about the orphanage director being his father and wishing he actually loved him because that's his father. Happy baby Atsushi. Atsushi officially closing the chapter of his life where he was haunted by the orphanage director because he can be strong on his own. Our protagonist finally doing a big attack worthy of all the overpowered characters we've seen so far. Asagiri coming up with fucked up ways to keep ability users alive and trapped and dehumanized. Fyodor kinky religious bondage. Kunikida telling Atsushi he's proud of him right after Atsushi has said goodbye to the director. Atsushi questioning Fyodor's motivations. Fyodor doing a weirdly meta comment about Atsushi having read his namesake's writing. Kunikida protecting Atsushi. Weird cameo and instant death of a minor character we've seen once before and don't care about. Fyodor hopping bodies, leaving Bram's body behind and going back to a regular guy's, without control of the two overpowered swords. 10/10 chapter we're thriving.
