One thing that fills me with sadness is that many people will never know how fucking funny it is that TS Eliot wrote what would become the lyrics for the musical Cats. This Sad Man published poem after poem filled with angst and ennui and then wrote Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats. Literally penned the line “this is the way the world ends / not with a bang but a whimper” and also the line “Mungojerrie and Rumpelteazer were a very notorious couple of cats.” And what’s even wilder is that Andrew Lloyd Webber, fresh off of writing fucking Evita, read this kids book from 1939 and was like “I’m gonna make a Broadway musical out of this”

Okay seriously. Reblog if you're OLDER than 11.

Yep.

I'm curious. Reblog this if you know how to cook

I don’t even care if it’s macaroni, ramen or those little bowls you stick in the microwave. Please, I need reassurance that most of the population on tumblr WOULDN’T STARVE TO DEATH if their parents couldn’t fix them food or they couldn’t go out to eat.

Logan and Wade in the Honda Odyssey, a sex metaphor:

  • The fighting was purely for a release of energy and emotion since they regenerate
  • The constant penetration of weapons over and over, Logan smiling in satisfaction during the penetration
  • "I take it all back, the Honda Odyssey fucks hard. Too bad you don't, needle-dick" "oh we're just getting started bub" they're literally flirting.
  • The grunting, panting, yelling.
  • Come hither hand motions, asking for more, the rocking of the car
  • Constantly on top of each other, rolling around, switching positions
  • Staying in the car. There is no reason to fight inside the car/keep going back in, but it forces their proximity and cars are a common place for sex
  • Their bodily fluids sprayed all over each other and the vehicle (blood... or)
  • There was a time skip.
  • Seatbelt bondage
  • Exhausting themselves and sleeping next to each other afterwards

In summary; they totally fucked in that thing

btw i don’t care if Avery or Charlotte broke any rules that led to them getting banned because it is clear as day to anybody who uses this website that that is not actually why they got nuked. they were nuked for being trans women, & that’s it. i’ve reported quite literally hundreds if not thousands of blogs for harassing trans women, personal rape threats in my inbox, terfs telling people to kill themselves, etc and very little of it ever went anywhere.

it is crystal clear to everybody with their eyes open that these young women were banned for being well-known and beloved members of the trans community, and this is especially clear with the flagrant & unpunished transmisogynistic bigotry i see (and face personally!) on this website every day. there are terfs on this website who i have personally been reporting since 2014. there are people who have publicly accused me of pedophilia and wished the death penalty on me for being trans who are still doing the same things to other trans girls every day.

nobody stop talking about this. everybody keep talking about this until they have to make a comment. this is unacceptable & if it is left unaddressed it should follow Mullenweg for the rest of his career.

reblog to tell your mutual you’re proud of them and it’ll all work out

so matt's absolutely giving scorched earth orders behind the scenes right. Not only are publically visible transfems dropping like flies, but every third person who musters up the audacity to comment negatively on Staff or Matt about this vanishes fucking instantly

Wuhoh this is quickly catching on. If I'm deactivated anytime soon, it's cuz I got nuked. I'm not going down without a fight. Y'all remember that.

someone reblog this version for posterity. If the only copy is on my blog, that vanishes with me. I honestly doubt i'll get smote but better safe than sorry yeah? I'll be fine, but if I'm not, I'm making sure the crime scene is as damning as it gets.

If you live in the EU are or an EU citizen and your account gets deleted for any reason you think isn't justified, please consider doing the following:

1. Make sure to collect evidence of what happened on your end.

2. Contact Tumblr support and tell them you are requesting your data under the GDPR and that as part of the request you want them to state what specific personal data they collected justified the deletion of your account. If they refuse to do either, state that they are under a legal obligation to provide this data to you, that they should forward your request to and put you in contact with their "Data Protections Officer", and that if they do not comply, you will alert the relevant "Data Protection Authority".

3. If in step 2 they showed evidence of some kind of discrimination or did not furnish reasonable information, or you suspect they are lying, do the following: Find either the data protection authority (DPA) of your country of residence or that of Ireland (may be a better choice if your government discriminates against queer people) on the EU website, on the website of the DPA you should be able to find guidance on how to submit a complaint. Try to follow their guidelines but also make sure that in your complaint you state that: your account was unjustifiably deleted, what measures you took under step 2, and what Tumblr responded with.

Basically your goal with the above should be to get Tumblr to show that they either had no reason to delete your account or discriminated against you when deleting it. With substantiated claims, the DPA can essentially force the company to fix their behaviour (reinstate your account) and if there is a pattern, the DPA may fine the company. You can also usually claim monetary compensation (including for e.g emotional damage) for such discrimination or other violations of the GDPR in small claims or similar court (contact a lawyer in your jurisdiction, there are quite a few that offer consumers advice who don't charge fees unless you win compensation).
