Commissioning me, you are agreed with my TOS

BEFORE PROCESS

- You must be 18+ old to work with me!- Maintain a formal tone, so we not loose some commission details.- You have to disclose all the details before I provide a price for you. Otherwise, any additional details provided after payment will incur extra charges.- Please refrain from sending files: RAR, ZIP, DOCX, TXT, etc. I am cautious and will not open unfamiliar files. Use the chat or Google Docs to submit your task.- The artist is not equal friend. Remember it! I'm doing my job!- Less text, more images. I having reading issue\writing issue (dyslexia). I can be confused if there is too much text in your commission task. Please, be prepared before commission me.- Good reference sheet or clear character arts. If you have lineart only - use https://htmlcolorcodes.com or other similar sites to grab a color for me! Just make colored dots on the areas where the color should be.- Feel free to ask me about specific kinks\fetishes that might be on the commission. I don’t paint a lot of things, but there are a lot of I didn’t draw or don’t know, but I would try.- I am living by (GMT+3), so there can be response delays from your and my sides.- You can remain as anonymous commissioner, just let me know about it and i tag you as "anonymous'' in my to-do list and in the post.- I'm not working multiply persons, I prefer working with one person in chat.- Im not sharing art files. (*.PSD, *.SAI)- Private commissions is 50% of commission price.

IDEA DESCRIPTION

I recommend you describe your commission in this order:1.Commission type (Fullbody, Halfbody, colors, shade, etc.)
2.Idea (Or character reference)
3.Character reference (Or idea)
4.Details, other references for future art.Structure is very important to me because i have some reading issues (dyslexia).

- Deadlines: from 5 days to 31 days, but usually i finish work with 2-7 days. Depending how fast we reply to each other. Also, please, no rush. I am doing my job and follow the deadlines.- Minor sketch edits are free, but do not go overboard. Later stage changes may incur a fee based on size and complexity.- Avoid information that not related for commission idea. Follow the main idea task!- If you decide to change your idea after I did a sketch for you, — just keep in mind there may be a extra fee, depending on how complex the new idea is.- After commission is done, you'll get full image via email or discord\telegram.- A refund is not available due to some of the platform conditions. The refund loss on the platforms may be more than 30% of the total because of currency instability of my country.- If you not replying me for some day without reason - i'll start working with next client in my queue. Let me know if you busy and message later.- Rejected sketch stays in my copyright, so i can do YCH with it or continue it for my personal purposes.

ART TRADES REQUIREMENTS

- First of all, it’s my and opponent’s complexity level. If you wanna do headshot art - then i’ll do headshot too! (Exception is possible if you are 3D culptor artist, i understand that others art directions can take much more time)- My Turnaround is 3 days-Week. It may be extended if you need more time for your part, but I need to be sure you started with something and, so please, share with me a sketch, if I did a sketch too!- I do my parts fast enough, so it will be nice, if we finish trades both fast, I really care about it, because I usually have commissions, plans, etc.- Skills do not matter, but if you are really low or your style doesn't fit me, I may refuse. I really sorry, but I think it is better to be clear with everybody.- Edits are fine, but not too much please! For trades I prefer more artistic freedom.(I will follow your character ref, do not worry <3)- I prefer to do simple arts, so it may be cel shaded, or even flat colored, but usually I like to add shadows and some textures.
