There's a ton of misinformation going around on various platforms, so I wanted to help clear things up.

We have zero indication at this point whether or not he is fired, if he resigned or if he's taking a break. Based on the fact that he advertised a Drag Talk gig yesterday on twitter, and today on instagram, that may be an indicator that he's out of the band completely.

If he is actually fired, then my assumption would probably be that they had a good reason for this because it would be very inconvenient to drop a member of the band after the first leg of the tour. If he resigned, it would probably be because of the widespread harassment he has faced on twitter.

The harassment is the result of allegations of sexual misconduct towards him brought forward by three young people.

The alleged victim has provided a photo and their real name. They also claimed that they had brought this to the police and that there was an investigation, but the LAPD couldn't do anything about it.

I'm going to say this to clear this up, the event that they went to WAS AN ALL AGES SHOW. The photo is also theirs, and doesn't belong to anyone else. The alleged victim is a teenage girl, and is NOT a 20 year old man posing as one.

Given the amount of information that they provided at their age, I think it's a good thing to believe victims, and I don't want to see a SINGLE person calling this girl a liar at this point. The important thing to remember though is that we have nothing other than her and Jutty Taylor's word to acertain whether or not it was intentional.

Jutty Taylor responded and claimed that he does not remember this happening and if it did happen, he didn't mean it. What should have happened back in October, which is the only thing that I believe would practically resolve this situation is a restorative discussion between the parties about his intentions.

However, twitter dogpiled him and harassed Cosmo Sylvan and Olivia Morreale for posting photos of him on their instagram, and now it's too late for something like that to happen.

The alleged victim claimed that he was groomed, because Jutty was friendly to him on twitter, would DM him and invited him to a couple events. In one of their exchanges posted to twitter Jutty made a joke saying to "bring your fake ID" to one of the events.

You can have your opinion about whether or not this was inappropriate, it's my opinion that because this was a fan/artist interaction and that this happened in the United States, this was crossing a line and the joke was in poor taste. However, we can't call this grooming because it simply doesn't fit the definition.

In none of the messages put on twitter was there any mention of anything sexual in nature. Grooming is establishing a relationship of trust in order to sexually abuse a vulnerable, often young, person. There is no indication in these interactions that this was Jutty's intention.

Any claims of him being a "groomer" or a "predator" are completely baseless, unless we get more information about it.

The last person to come forward claimed Jutty made "flirtatious comments" to them. They did not, as I understand, go on to clarify what comments were made, so we can't really ascertain whether this interaction makes him culpable.

I think we've reached a stage where we unfortunately can't really deal with this in a constructive way because of the way twitter has handled this. We really just have to see what happens.

I really wish that we could've, I was hopeful when this came out that that could've happened, but instead we turned our focus to baseless claims made by adults, harassed uninvolved parties, threw words like "groomer" and "predator" around(neither of which describe his behaviour), and blew this out of proportion.

Needless to say, I'm very disappointed in this fandom.
