minecraft has always had a really deep attachment to me, I've got some pretty deeply rooted memories of my childhood, which granted wasn't really too long ago in the long timeframe of some people who play it these days.

i remember playing the preclassic browser version on minecraft.net, it barely functioned and especially barely looked any good on my shitty CRT at the time. i used stupid ass words like "legitness" and went to school the next day to talk about the latest things I built or did. i remember vividly being a complete shithead on the public servers, and even went through one or two early precursors to that falling through Minecraft adventure map, I forget the name of it.
