“what if things go wrong?” sweetheart, what if things go right? what if you learn and grow and experience beyond anything you ever thought possible? try not to listen to the scenarios in your head. things will be better than your brain is making you think. i promise.
Your art is so inspiring, and I think I might try to challenge myself to maybe weekly sketches to start.
Do you have advice on how to start this consistent habit? deciding on ideas in advance vs winging it each time, setting a minimum time or just going until you have what you'd consider a "done sketch"?

I know that when people complain about the Folgers commercial, they’re usually pointing out the weird incest vibes, but I don’t think we give enough hate to the fact that this man came home from generic Africa, his sister put on a pot of Folgers, and he swooned over it saying “ooh! Real coffee!” You were in Africa, my guy! Africa has several countries that are known as having the best coffee in the world! Saying you didn’t have any real coffee in Africa is like saying you didn’t see any Black people in Africa! The fuck is wrong with these people?!
