I’m Kenda, a Positive Psychology Researcher and Performance Coach helping women reach a greater well-being and alignment through career clarity. 

As a former educator turned edtech professional, I hold a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Coaching from Life University and an MBA. Throughout my career and as a corporate leader,  I’ve helped professionals build transferable skill sets that empower them to thrive across industries. My transition from the classroom to corporate was fueled by a passion for applying research-backed theories in positive psychology and self-actualization to personal and professional growth. Over the years, I’ve intentionally refined my communication skills and executive presence to align my career aspirations with a grounded sense of purpose and well-being—and now, I help others do the same.
