Not necessarily, this could also be her playing along with Noelle's fantasies and trying to help her. 'She thinks this box is a scary monster? Well, let's destroy the scary box-monster so she doesn't have to worry any more.'
However, regardless of how much Dess actually buys into Ice-E being real or not, I think her going for a rather extreme method of dealing with this problem that just ended up scaring Noelle even more is very telling of her character.

here's my bad theory for why Susie says Kris is good at flirting with "enemies" even if you've never used "flirt" during the game
She says this because when she and Kris were "enemies" they flirted with her and it worked.
maybe they were like "yo your one hot Hotbaby" and she just fucking fled the room
I know people want Kris to have said something really emotional but the fact is they're a Little Shit and they were being a Little Shit up until that point too
and when it worked they were like "I'M that fire??" and it gave them the idea to start flirting with enemies. (but now Susie thinks the only reason they flirted with her was because they were "enemies".)
The stereotype straight men have about gays being bad at sports is so odd to me because gay men will often be so athletic for no reason. Once at a gay bar I saw a random guy do a backflip like it was nothing. The meanest twink I knew in college ran marathons listening to Madonna. I knew this other gay guy in college who lifted so much his arm was bigger than my leg. Drag queens will drop into splits and do flips from platforms at bars.
