i’m outie until further notice. hiatus??? i can’t stand this user base anymore, teenagers who think they know everything and are so edgy/progressive and obsessed with labels (“i am transdemigender acepseudobiromantic because i want the coolness that comes with being queer without any actual commitment!”) and skin color (poc vs. yties everywhere and if your skin is too light you’re “white passing” and don’t count as a magic poc anymore sorry :c) and enabling every fucking mental illness because you’re perfect just the way you are bb you don’t have to go outside and get a job if you don’t want :c and sure if you believe you’re actually a fictional character that is valid, precious bb, anyone who says otherwise is racist!! and they pat each other’s butts and circlejerk and create this super toxic environment and i’m waiting for the day when they have to grow up and get out in the real world but until then!! no more activity from me.
i am all for headcanon but i really think a lot of people don’t understand what the actual meaning of headcanon is.
headcanon is not ‘i don’t like this part of canon. in my opinion it should be different so i’m just going to replace it with what I think it should be’.
headcanon is ‘canon has never specified/is ambiguous about this specific thing, so i’m going to fill in the gap with my own reasonable guesses’.
