tldr the job market isn't hiring either of my roommates and we can no longer afford rent and need to have money to live in the mean time while we get someone in the PNW to do a lease takeover

if you're looking for more specifics: hi! I'm a small queer disabled POC artist living with two other queer disabled people. I am not able to work outside of doing commissions [which I plan on opening in the next few days] and my roommates, despite months and months of applying to job after job, have gotten barely any response back and haven't been hired at all. we were previously being helped out by their parents but they too are being financially fucked and can no longer provide such aid and I'm basically the only one bringing in income with SSI and it's not enough to cover even half of the rent in the place we live right now.

ideally we want to get a lease takeover for the place we live in right now. if you or someone you know live or want to live in the Washington State and can afford a 3 bed 2 bath place that's roughly $2400 a month, feel free to DM me and I can direct you somewhere to share more specifics

failing that, even doing a regular lease break requires us to pay the remainder of our lease anyways, so we're looking to raise $7500 to cover that if needed. as mentioned I'm planning to open comms on my v-gen but you can also just send me money on ko-fi if you want. please rb this to get it around, I really just wanna get this dealt with 👏
