The Vivziepop fandom, and apparently the people that it idolizes, have proven time and time again that they are overwhelmingly anti-natalist doomers. They don't have any respect for parents, and they certainly don't have any respect for children.

There were multiple mothers and people doing IVF treatments who were upset by that thread, and of course Viv had to drop a like on it.

Someone should let helluvareciepts know, I feel like that's one for the list, honestly. They're so scummy, even to their fans.

reviewers of the show, both Hazbin and Helluva. We know them. We watch them. Some are good, some are bad, and some are just okay. But what I wanna talk about is what some share in common.

The refusal to speak on vivs personal character. Oftentimes when i watch critique videos, I will always hear, "i wont get into the drama of--"

And while I get why, their platform is to speak about the show, not the actions behind its creations, a part of me wishes someone would. this isnt to just about Viv being mean a few times; this is about how her behavior towards fans/employees alike is the cause of her shows handling.

her refusal to take critique, her handling of rape, and her lack of female characters having depth.

The fact that Stella is 1 dimensional is because Viv refuses to give Stella anything more than an evil character to make stolas look better. The poison thorn lady who sent IMP to kill her CHEATING husband was snobby and mean, so she looked bad compared to her cheating husband.

This is ignored and taken at face value because no one wishes to talk about vivs silent misogyny. Someone out there may claim that there is no proof of the matter, but looking at both shows where any of the female characters aren't shown with the same love and care that their male characters have should raise some form of brow. Why is it that Fizz, Moxie, Angel, and Stolas have abusive men figures in their lives, but we don't see any of the female characters struggle with anything remotely similar? The most we get is Charlie and her "neglectful" dad and her M.I.A mother, but nothing that has her questioning a reason to live for tomorrow, like Angel asks. Vaggi suffered at the hands of her old recruit, but we never will explore how that's tortured her or hangs over her head like a broken halo. Carmella and her need to protect her kids is nothing more than a passing mention, but never a topic we watch her fight herself over. now all of a sudden, we find out she lost a lover, but it's glazed over because of Vox.

Velvet is a lesbian. But unless you love pausing to find details or eat up the merch sold, you'd never know unless someone told you. And this is just talking about vivs lack of love for her female characters. People will also argue that Sera was a female character who fought an internal battle, but Viv's male characters are higher in numbers and are shown to suffer far worse than her female characters, and it's proven through Angel. Yes, he is a victim, but this victim has become nothing short of a punching bag and mockery to actual victims.

the fact people will try to look away from how viv is or was friends with an artist who enjoyed drawing angel in those horrendous predicaments, and then hired them to board said predicaments, and not only that, allow them to reference many of their comics to be in said show without any form of understanding as to how that can harm SA survivors and tell said critiques that "well people who like it have no issue so you shoudlnt shut them up." is because viv also enjoys it.

Again, people will try to defend that there is no actual evidence, but at this point, even with the full fact that she has scorned me and others I know, and myself, and many have spoken about our scorn, all people will do is say, "yall doin too much and this is over exaggerating."

they wont beleive anything that is said, even if the proof is in the pudding. But what reason would Vox have to throw Angel around the way he said, claiming how much he wanted to do said attack, as if Val refused to let him do so, despite Val being right outside the freakin door.

The art style changes to Raphs when Angel is under any form of stress or is dancing. And no one wishes to talk about vivs drama background, even though her background plays a major role in all of why Hazbin and helluva defends and/or adds this sweeter touch to their rapists. Stolas and Valentino.

Stolas had a moral gray in my eyes when he first came around to his story, but now it's flipped the switch so much that Viv decided to redo the show's pilot, which only made the situation worse. blaming anything else but the actual initiator of the transaction. The new pilot fixes nothing since episode 1 still has Stolas calling Blitz to create this deal. it still shows Blitz not wanting to do this and only agreeing just to get the call to end. Now everyone is fine with blaming Blitz, hating octavia and wanting Stella dead with made-up ideas that Stella, someone who is also forced into this life, has a kid, as if her life was any better being forced to be with someone and told to lose her autonomy and birth a child. but shes the villain for wanting Stolas dead and mocking his downfall. People are watching this face value and taking her evil nature as it is, without asking why shes so thinly handled. shes not evil for the sake of being a villain, shes evil so Stolas can look better by comparison, and the lack of wanting to talk about Viv herself is why no one pins vivs hate for women as why. For what reason does her suddenly gay brother need to show up to take all her deserved earnings? That itself isnt even explained. Suddenly, its blue ice bird who gets it and not Octavia's own mother? But no- no one wants to talk about vivs "drama" because it's not the topic. But I need to say that her person IS why her show isnt good. IS why her topics of SA are handled poorly, IS why her female characters have little to no depth past a few select choices that are only made to push the male characters. i dont want to know that Val is from Florida, I wanna know why vaggi settled on Vaggi- or why emily doesnt know why heaven can't let sinners down, or why nifty wanted the bugs to have lungs to sing, WHY CHARLIE DOESN'T KNOW HOW SINNERS GOT DOWN THERE. she herself hasnt been in her own show and i feel like we got more screen time of Al and the 2 VEES [[not velvet cause shes also the boys accessory ]] than charlie and her hotel.

This was a long ramble, and i dont expect this to be posted, just seen in case you wanna talk about or something.

I just hate that so many critique channels will infact, talk about vivs shows and their issues, ask why these were the choices made, but not look into how that could be or even ask the right questions.

The answers are there, y'all just keep saying you won't get into it!

viv IS why Angel is a punching bag, why Millie is just Moxie's wife, why the men suffer more tragedies, and the girls have theirs in passing. ex. Loona never is shown having abandonment issues??? wouldnt that be something we should explore? how couldnt anyone love her this long without ever sitting in a room thinking that one day Blitz might get rid of her? That her lashing out is cause she doesn't think shes loveable.

why cant she have a sit-down with Blitz when he sees himself in her and tell her that if there is anyone out there in the world who knows what it's like to feel that love is something undeserving to ones self its him. that shes not alone. He's a bumbling fool who made so many mistakes that love is way out of the question, and yet, he still manages to find love and give it to someone who may be hurting as much as him. Loona gets that love from him, but we don't. we dont get that. We just get a flashback of how she was in a shelter, and it's to push Blitz's mental breakdown.

we dont get that with our female characters.

People need to be better at talking about the person behind this show. If you're willing to talk about her show and all its faults, you need to understand where it comes from. its just cause viv and her team need a second breath in the writing room, its cause viv herself has these personal views that end up in there with her and her yes men.

Fuck it. Stolas and Moxxie are meant to be. Their canon pairings have no chemistry. The MnM ship is just the overdone girlboss x malewife trope mixed with the opposites attract cliche. Stolitz…..let’s not even open THAT can of worms. Stolas and Moxxie are both prissy, academically inclined, drama/theater loving, awkward men with similar self esteem and daddy issues. Both are also into pegging and flowery romance. We’re seriously NOT supposed to ship them?!! C’MON!!!

They’re literally not allowed to have full conversations together that don’t revolve around asking where Blitz is. Viv does that with every character that she doesn’t want shipped with the “wrong character”. She can only give characters chemistry when it’s accidental…. and that makes her rage.

I feel like what keeps happening to Cartoonshi is a perfect example of why many people avoid talking about the Hellaverse altogether unless it's to praise it. Cartoonshi used to be incredibly positive about HB in season 1 and stopped making videos about it entirely after his critical season 2 video because of what he himself described as a kind of hate that he'd NEVER gotten before. He tweeted mild criticism of HH S1 and had to private his twitter. I'm shocked SC hasn't been turned on.

Nothing in the actual shows gives these people a tenth of the enjoyment they get out of harassing even the mildest of critics.
