Shelton Jerome Holloway is currently serving a life sentence for murder. Mr. Holloway is a mentally retarded individual, who we feel has been wrongfully accused. There is a discrepancy between Mr. Holloway's signature on his confession form and that of the Miranda Rights form. In addition to this, no DNA testing was ever performed.
