I know a lot of us have been concerned about “what if Putin launches nukes against Ukraine or whoever?” However, according to an article I read in Ars Technica, a recent test of one of Russia’s ICBMs failed HORRIBLY. The article also states that a lot of Russia’s older-model ICBMs were made in Ukraine and have not had maintenance done on them since 2014 for obvious reasons. So yeah, Russia is barely even a paper tiger at this point; they’re more like a paper wasp. Read the article here:

Exactly. Russia is a failed state. The only thing keeping them relevant and making people hesitant to end their campaign of cruelty and terror and usher in a new era of peace without this murderous regime in power is that they are held in awe by Russia’s lies. In response to @sick-sad-little-world: The irony is that I am American, and not only would I not give a single bit of help to Vlad and his cronies, but I am ashamed that our excuse for a “president” thinks that Putler can be reasoned or bargained with. I even said to someone else that the electoral system is broken if elections are decided by a few swing states. But, I digress.
There’s a reason why Putler has been working overtime for the last 10 years to meddle with America’s elections and get the Orange Felon elected. A weaker, more divided, and more isolationist America is exactly what he wants. He’s still upset over Russia losing the Cold War, and he wants payback.
The whole story of the last 10 years is the Kremlin exploiting predatory social media algorithms (which started to come out around 2013-14 – right ahead of Russia’s earlier invasion of Ukraine) and the weaknesses of the US electoral system to undercut democracy and spread fascism.

In Minneapolis, we’re already seeing the success of ICE Watch. There are countless videos from ICE Watch observers that show agents leaving without detaining anyone after they encounter resistance. There are currently about 3,000 ICE agents in Minnesota, but the Department of Homeland Security claims they have only arrested 2,400 people — less than one person per agent.
ICE Watch organizers have also observed that it takes many more agents to make a single arrest when they are around. In other cities, ICE traveled in groups of two or three, but in Minneapolis, we primarily see groups of 6 to 12 agents. The Department of Homeland Security has pulled agents from other cities to ramp up efforts in Minnesota, which guarantees there will be fewer deportations from the places they left. Plus, ICE’s fixation on breaking up ICE Watch groups and detaining observers — often white citizens — has interrupted its original mission.
The entire operation is becoming slower and more resource-intensive. There is good reason to believe that more immigrants are with their families tonight because of ICE Watch.

A human skeleton CAN be nude, but it’s reverse of a living person. The more a skeleton is covered, the more nude it is UNTIL it reaches the point of full coverage at which point it’s not nude anymore.
This is why a skeleton knight wearing a full suit of armor is not nude, a plain fully-exposed articulated skeleton is not nude, but a saint’s skeleton on display wearing jewels and fancy clothes can feel uncomfortable. It’s also part of why zombies with the skeleton partially exposed unnerve us.
A partial or disarticulated skeleton can’t be nude. And there are exceptions for parts on a skeleton that are normally unclothed on a living person. So that armored skeleton is not immediately very nude if they took off the helmet. They also wouldn’t be more nude if they wore only a helmet and nothing else. However, if that skeleton knight took off just the armor shoes? If they only removed the crotch armor, so the wind whistles through their pelvis? That belongs in a strip club or an art gallery.

there should be a such thing as a medical detective. you should be able to hire a doctor to figure out what the fuck is going on with you come hell or high water by consulting whatever specialists they can get their hands on, connecting your constellation of symptoms, etc, instead of 10000 different doctors for every distinct bone in ur body that all just kinda go “dang that sucks idk” when you present with more than one fucking symptom
