this asshole had the entire city scared he was going to lead some kind of klan march and rampage through an immigrant neighborhood. he showed up yesterday with about 5 people and “marched” less than one city block before counter protestors super-soakered his ass in 10⁰ weather, pushed him back to his hotel, and ran him out of town. so so so proud of my city
Do you know how angry you have to make Minnesotans for us to dump water on you at this temperature? We’re the people who stop and help strangers out of snowbanks. We’re the people who shovel each others’ sidewalks.
The US is not, has never been, and will never be a Christian nation. And in Minnesota, we love our immigrant neighbors and communities*. They make us stronger.
*with the exception of a vocal minority of absolute bigots who none of us enjoy spending time with.
