If things feel big or heavy, doing one small thing, like sipping water or taking a breath can help your body calm down.
You might notice what’s around you right now. Maybe something soft you can touch, something quiet you can hear, or something warm nearby. Noticing little things helps your body settle.
You don’t need to fix yourself.
You don’t need all the answers.
Your body is just asking for a little care.
