Just discovered I’ve been trying to treat a CLUSTER HEADACHE as a mixture of a sinus headache and migraine for fucking days 💀
I’ve only had a cluster headache like, once or twice and I knew it felt different from a normal migraine/sinus headache combo attack and I was panicking, thinking all my meds had stopped working, or covid had fucked me over but NO, it was just a fucking cluster headache and you can’t treat a cluster headache with migraine/sinus meds.
Fuck me. Now I have to add “maybe its a cluster headache” to the repertoire of things to think of when a headache won’t go away 😭 at least its going away now that I’m actually treating it as a cluster headache lol
you should not abruptly stop hearing about transfeminism when you go to hang out with your irl queer friends, and if you do this is an indictment of your social circle, the people you dedicate your heart and time to, and the conversations which you permit to happen and which feel safe to have around you
