Regard this canvas like you'd approach a piece of paper with a marker squiggle already drawn on it. You can rotate it any way you please, but not mirror it, and no matter what way you turn it, you can't erase the first squiggle, only incorporate it into your work the best you see how. the fact that durin knows jack shit abt wanderer is crazy. wanderer changed the course of durin's entire life bc he empathized with him so immediately and strongly and then was like I am not available for further inquiries at this time. Like yeah i understand your pain and worst moments down to the depths of my soul and i will express this by calling you my friend one (1) time, letting you follow me around while acting only slightly annoyed, & worrying silently that I'm fucking up your life by being around you, all while deflecting any & all attempts to get to know me better. Why did that affect me so much? Literally don't worry about it. It's not like I actually expected Wanderer to open up to Durin but it's so funnyyyy. HE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HE'S NOT HUMAN
