October 22, 2025

Greetings,

The work to end domestic violence happens every day in my Office but every October we gather valiantly, as a community, to amplify the voices of survivors and show them we are here!

This year we hosted our 8th Annual 5k Run/Walk/Roll to End Domestic Violence. Every year I get to witness the growth of this event and it shows me that we are making progress in raising awareness.

September began with two mass shootings in the northeast Bronx. I am pleased to say that indictments have been brought charging 10 individuals for those shootings. At a press conference held on October 6th, I announced that investigations revealed that those incidents were related acts of retaliation.

This Saturday, October 25, I will host another cohort of Youth Advisory Council. Getting the youth involved, listening to their voices and ideas is instrumental to curbing the violence plaguing our borough.

From the courtroom to the community, I will continue to stand for what is right.

Yours in service,

District Attorney Clark
