Ingredients

For the Baguette:

350ml water

2 g instant yeast

480 g flour

7 g salt

For the Roast Beef:

2-pound London broil beef top round

Salt, blackpepper, paprika,

5-6 shallots

5-6 garlic

Fresh herbs

For the Caramelized Onion Roast Beef:

1 medium onion

Tiny sliced roast beef

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp butter

Salt, pepper

Instructions:

In a large bowl, add room temp water and yeast and stir. Add the flour and salt and using a dough whisk or spatula stir until everything is incorporated. ( it will be sticky, don’t worry)

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 25-30 min. Then, stretch and fold the dough until it is smooth. Cover it again and repeat this process two more times.

Transfer the dough to a clean bowl. Cover and keep it in the refrige
