You need only be a resident of Canada, not a citizen to sign. Please help us give transgender youth a fighting chance. Their medical care decisions should be between the handling physician and family only. This isn't a matter for politicians to decide.

Musab and Lama have asevere arm injuries and a metal plate in their arms. They need to cross the border to get surgery, which means they need transportation funds as well as funds for surgery and crossing the border.

Alma, Lama, and Lina shiver in the cold daily. Their tent doesn't protect them from the harsh weather and poor conditions. They need warm clothes, proper shelter, warm food, and electric heaters to stay warm during the freezing winter months.

Being able to leave could be a chance for a new and better life in safer conditions.
