Red Son saw MK as the most annoying and stubborn person he met- MK barged into Red's room unnoticed so many time, and his non stop talking to him when he's around but he still like the company. MK was his first friend and he never stop hanging around even tho Red got angry so many time. For how he fall in love, well, it's very slow, and even slower for him to realise his feelings lmao (he felt alone and sad without the monkey prince by his side hehehe) For MK, he was so happy to see someone else he knew from the previous cycle, and who wasn't acting different😌 He had a crush on Red son in the previous cycle, and it didn't change here✨

It did took a long time before they get together cuz Red was oblivious to his feelings toward MK (and MK's feelings toward him)😔

For him, scars are a way to show you survive something, that there is a story being it(at least most of the time). so one time after training, he straight up ask MK about them- but did not understand what MK meant by "gender battle" lmao this is set years after the end of the journey but before they got together!

And for Macaque: he was absolutely panicking, wondering if MK got those scars in this cycle or the previous one, and wondering HOW he got them 😭

It took a while😭

At least a full year for him to get used being called Prince, and a few more years to accept it: basically he knew people were referencing to him when they said "prince", but it was still weird to him being called that😔 By the time the journey start(5 years after he got here) he's more comfortable about it, but it still a bit weird

I might have answered that but it was so long ago, so don't worry! to answer: they were very shooked, but in the good way😌 it was known Sun Wukong and Macaque made a stone egg, but didn't know what had happened to it. They were told it was still dormant and it taking a long time to hatch.

The majority weren't surprise of Xiaotian being a young teen and able to fight. Wukong was also very special when he hatched from the stone, so it was no surprise his kid was also special in this way.

Some were wondering why he wasn't really acting like a monkey, and why he could fight so well; but they did not dare ask questions.

basically:The subjects are all so happy that they have a Prince now! They are always happy to see Xiaotian and interact with him😌 And for MK, weeeeell, it took a long time for him to get used being called a Prince- so the first interaction with the subjects were very awkward for him lmao and oh boi was he surprised to know they were demon monkeys on the mountains -

I just finished reading the bio-dads shadow peach comic. I absolutely loved it, I just had a question. Did they consider creating a child the natual way before going stone egg route? Logically speaking with both of them being shapeshifters it should be possible. And, (speaking as a AFAB) with wukong being a transman, so long as he didn't get bottom surgery he'd be able to carry cause even on hormone/T therapy/injection we can still get pregnant.

Plus just imagine, with both of them being drama kings, how they'd deal with the process of pregnancy 🤣. Ngl, kinda a missed opportunity for humors sake.

Might have been able to avoid the entire months long deep meditation aswell (poor Xiaotian...)
