can cis people go a day without they/theming their trans women coworkers that only use she/her pronouns? 🤔✍️📓 this remains to seen....

I finished my last day at that store >w< it's honestly such a relief to not see half of those coworkers again... which sucks... but 🐺🐾 I'm excited for better things in 2026 & I'm not going to stop being adamant that trans women should be respected at work!!!

me: hey can you she/her me? 🥺👉👈 I have worked with you an entire year and you do not use she/her... lol you keep not doing it....

coworkers: fuck you rude bitch... what about my feelings??

dreamyfreakout

& to be fair, like 5 coworkers were pretty consistent about gendering me correctly. so 25% of the store was pretty cool lolol... 😅 & again... I WAS nice about it for 11 months.... lolol ~ but I also didn't feel like I could express myself at work during that time and it affects my dysphoria and mental health and happiness... so I'm sorry if I'm rude about it.... I don't want to present more non-binary/agender/masc just cus presenting as a trans woman is hard ~ it shouldn't even be as hard as some people make it...

also like ~ I will be getting misgendered by customers everyday and nobody is like... hm maybe she would appreciate if I make an effort to respect her as a person.... instead it's like.... nah ~ I'm going to use that energy to complain about my life & customers ordering drinks at a cafe that primarily sells... drinks lol >w< !!

anyways... uhm... I just have a lot of feelings about having to endure lots of shit at work when you're a trans woman... and you'll just be asking for basic human kindness and people will be like "🙄 they're so sensitive, it wasn't even intentional to never respect them..."

literally cis people will sometimes not view trans women as women unless they are conforming to very strict cis views of being a woman & then they are unaware & unconcerned that that view colors their actions and behavior in such a gross, disrespectful & dehumanizing way… and they never want to be called out, even mildly for it, because it’s unpleasant…

ok I am done lol >w< I just need to vent a lot before i start at the new store tomorrow :| wa

I know it'll happen at the new store but idk it's worse the longer you know people imho

they should make a video game where you play as an autistic character and there is a meter that shows you how close to a total meltdown you are due to the overwhelming stimuli and another matter that shows you how much of a weirdo you look like to others and you have to try to balance between having a meltdown and completely masking. and also you’re trying to solve a murder or something
