cas’s happiness is in the saying
dean’s happiness is in the having
cas doesn’t need to have it, he wants to say it
dean doesn’t want to say it, he needs to have it
cas’s restraint is physical
dean’s restraint is emotional
oh my god and when they break when they finally set themselves free to love one another
cas’s physicality is insatiable. he cannot keep his hands off dean.
dean’s emotional vulnerability is a dam broken. he cannot shut up about how much he loves cas.
they are a circle.
Hate it when TikTok farm cosplayers and cottagecore types say stuff like "I'm not going to use modern equipment because my grandmothers could make do without it." Ma'am, your great grandma had eleven children. She would have killed for a slow cooker and a stick blender.
I’ve noticed a sort of implicit belief that people used to do things the hard way in the past because they were tougher or something. In reality, labor-saving devices have historically been adopted by the populace as soon as they were economically feasible. No one stood in front of a smoky fire or a boiling pot of lye soap for hours because they were virtuous, they did it because it was the only way to survive.
the ONLY reason dean enjoyed hunting was because he thought it was his best way to help people. put that man in a homeless shelter or a food bank and he will find a new calling i’m so serious
no i will not imagine him as a goddamn fireman i’ve done that enough already. i’m telling YOU to imagine him as a soup kitchen cook, or a shelter staff, or a case worker, or on the outreach team, because helping people directly is his bread and butter not running into burning buildings
funniest theory about the alleged J2 fallout is definitely that it did happen but jared still doesn’t know about it. honestly i become more convinced of that every passing day
fake dating mohabbot. samira needs a date to her mother's wedding and very audibly complains about it at shift handoff. even though she's an accomplished doctor, she knows her family won't be happy until she has a man, too. jack asks when the wedding is, says he has off that weekend, offers to take her, says he'll even pretend to be in a relationship. she's so relieved, and she thanks him over and over, and he pretends it's no big deal. internally, he makes himself promise that he won't let his latent feelings for her affect him. this is a platonic favor he's doing a coworker. nothing more. it's nothing more. until.
he comes to her hotel door the night of the rehearsal dinner all spiffy in his old ass suit that really might be almost as old as samira, and when she opens the door, a sheepish, slightly embarrassed look on her face, he loses all ability to do anything but stare. she's gorgeous at work, bare faced, hair back in a simple clip, but this is something else entirely. she's like an angel, draped in maroon and gold embroidery, bangles up her arms, hair curly around her face, eyes lined and dark. she says something, probably are you ready to go? but he just stands there like an idiot for some indeterminate length of time as he tries to regain control of himself, to think about anything but how fucking beautiful she is.
one of my strongly held beliefs is that self driving cars should not exist. i don’t care how good the technology gets, i will not trust it. if you want transportation that you don’t have to be in control of, you should be in support of better public transit. you want trains.
"Or ever."

Thinking about blorbo begging to be railed. You understand.
free my girl she did all that shit but the fandom is mischaracterizing her for it
free my girl she has the same character traits as a male character but is getting deemed a bitch for them
free my girl she acted irrationally in a situation where it was impossible to act rationally and is now being hated for it
