hi tumblr, I've been here for years, mostly just rebloging good art and memes. But I'm making this post in hopes for some help. my mom recently found this sweet dog who has either escaped or was dumped by a backyard breeder. she was possibly bred for dogfighting (unfortunately common in my area) and she's in rough shape. she's completely blind in her right eye, she has was looks like a mammary mass on her belly and she is, of course, not spayed. I have commission info and example art on my Kofi! all money from commissions right now will be going toward her vet treatment!!

Candy Update Aug 6

She went to the vet today! prognosis is tentatively good! she's been prescribed allergy meds for her itchiness, she's having her mammary tumor removed next Monday and spay on the 28th! She's had 2 seizures with in the last 5 days, the vet guesses she around 10 and possibly epileptic so we'll be keeping a close eye on her. she's got a busy month, but I think she's on the road to recovery!

Good news she is healing well!! it took a long time for the stitches the heal up but the swelling has gone down a lot. She goes to the Vet again on the 5th. Commissions and donations are still open through my Ko-fi link at the top!
